The Dude abides, and today he’s vegan. This Vegan Chocolate White Russian is a delicious, creamy after-dinner cocktail perfect for snowy winter nights!

Yield:1 drink 1x
1 ounce chocolate syrup
1.5–2 ounces vodka
1.5 ounces Kahlua
2–3 ounces cashew milk*
Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of a rocks glass. Fill glass with ice.
Pour vodka and Kahlua over ice, then top with cashew milk. Stir before drinking.
I’ve found that cashew milk works best in this recipe, because it’s super creamy and naturally a little sweet. Almond milk is a bit watery and canned coconut milk hardens into hard globules when it hits the ice. Of course, if you’re not concerned about dairy, you can go Full Dude and use cream or half-and-half!
